The woman on the bottom blew me away. That skirt and that scarf really make her look special, especially the skirt. I've never seen a skirt with that kind of jacket.
And to SimplySteph: You might want to look again. Maybe at first glance the outfits look mediocre as you say, but look again. Look at the details, the mix of textures and colors. If that doesn't do it, imagine seeing one of them walking down the street where you live. You'd surely think, "Damn, she looks good."
