I like the mélange of elements in this outfit; the sass of the short glove, the sharpness of the cut, and even the cheekiness of the pairing that romantic blouse with a denim skirt, however... I would have gone with anything else on the legs but black opaque; perhaps a textured pair of tights?

Very nice outfit. I think more women should wear black tights or tights in general(pantyhose) when they do wear a skirt. It always looks more elegant and sexy than just bare legs. My bf loves when I wear tights.
