For colour in Aus you have to go North- Queensland is tres colourful! Sydney is half and half and I suppose in Melbourne, amongst the fashion concious at least, it's rare to see bright colours. Black is Melbourne's signature style, but I think Melbourne pulls it off very, very well. xx

its funny reading all the surprise in comments about melburnian's wearing black; i'm melbourne born and bred and i think its just in our blood to wear black or atleast darker colours - its just natural hehe..
you know you see a tourist if they're wearing bright colours in melbourne AND really thick jackets =D

wow they have interesting outfits, like the second one.
The second look is just great - I love the pants (wonder what they are like in the lower parts...), and the overall nonchalance of this lovely jacket combined with the partially see-throuch top: awesome! - wish I could see anybody dressed this sort of way around here.
